Silicone Encapsulants and Potting Compounds

 RTV2 silicone rubber is ideal for covering printed circuit boards (PCBs). It is widely used in various control modules, where the components are typically poured to meet the fundamental needs of moisture resistance, fouling resistance, and corrosion resistance. Silicone sealant has the ability to endure both high and low temperatures while reducing stress. Thermal conductive sealing glue is utilized in the high-power control module to accomplish heat dissipation.


APPLICATION:


Silicone rubber adhesive is extensively utilized in the fields of encapsulating, filling, bonding, impregnation, and coating to cover printed circuit boards. Integrated circuits, thick-film, micro-film, electronic assemblies, and the entire machine can all be included within. The sticky layer's constituent parts are easily observable, and precise measurements of their characteristics are possible.


ADVANTAGES:


1)Good adhesion, flame retardant, waterproof, fire proof, insulation, moisture proof, quake-proof/ withstand vibration, thermal conductive, electrically conductive, Antistatic, excellent flow leveling, adjustable working time, good refracting, and so on.


2)Compared with epoxy resin, it has better modification ability and electrical insulation ability, high and low-temperature resistance, climate aging resistance, ozone resistance, hydrophobia, non-flammability, non-toxic, non-corrosive and physiological inertia, etc.
