Fluoro Silicone Rubber (FSR)

The fluoro silicone rubber compounds of the AZ-XX series are designed to yield excellent milling, calendaring, and extrusion results. They have a strong resistance to fluorinated rubber solvents, oils, and cold. 

All automotive parts, such as diaphragms, O-rings, gaskets, seals, and hose parts, are frequently used.

HTV Fluoro Silicone Introduction

A curable fluorosilicone rubber composition comprising particular organopolysiloxane having a fluoroalkyl group and having a viscosity of 1,100 cP or more at 25C, reinforcing silica powder having a specific surface area of 50 ml/g or more, and a vulcanizing agent.


Key Feature:

(1) Excellent oil and solvent resistance.

(2) Thermal resistance and low-temperature resistance.

(3) Useful over broad temperature range.


Application:

(1) Aerospace industry.

(2) Oil and gas applications.

(3) Jet fuel system.

Curing Agent Type:2.5 dimethyl 2.5 di(t-butyl peroxyl) hexane 50% active powder 204°C (400F)

Curing Agent Level: 1.0 Press Cure: 10 min @ 177 °C (350 °F) Post cure: 4hrs. @ 204°C (400F)
